About this line
A complete line for drinking and mineral water in PET bottles, from rinsing the empty bottles to shrink-wrapped packs ready for the warehouse.
Bottles move on the conveyor to the rinser, then to volumetric filling and capping, labelling and date coding, before being grouped into packs of 6 or 12 and shrink-wrapped.
Every part that touches the water is food-grade stainless steel, and the line runs from a single control panel. We design it around your floor space and output, then install it, commission it and train your team.

Liquid filling machine
Filling
Automatic volumetric piston filler for still water and juices, for bottles from 200 ml to 2 litres. Each head is set separately from the touch panel, and changing to a new bottle size takes about 15 minutes without tools.

Capping machine
Capping
An automatic screw capper for plastic caps, with magnetic chucks that set the tightening torque for every bottle. Caps feed from a hopper through an automatic sorter, and the machine stops by itself when caps run low or a bottle passes uncapped. Changing cap size means swapping the chucks and guide, in under 20 minutes.

Labeling machine
Labeling
A self-adhesive wrap-around labeller for round bottles and jars, at up to 150 containers a minute. A label sensor places every label in the same spot, and a date and batch coder is built in. Conveyor and label speeds are set together from one screen.

Shrink wrapping machine
Packaging
A shrink wrapper that groups bottles into packs of 6, 12 or 24, wraps them in film and passes them through a heat tunnel to firm up the pack. It runs with polyethylene film alone or on a cardboard tray, and the tunnel temperature and belt speed are set for the film thickness.

Conveyors
A modular stainless-steel conveyor that carries containers between the machines of a line, with inverter speed control. It is built to any length, with curves to suit your layout, and side guides that adjust for every container size.
