A complete line for filling yogurt and desserts into pre-formed cups, from feeding the empty cups to sealed, coded cups ready for cartoning. The line separates and feeds the cups automatically, then fills them with accurate doses of yogurt or liquid and set desserts. An aluminium lid is placed and heat-sealed to close each cup tightly and prevent leaks. The batch and expiry date are printed on every cup, and the cups are grouped and fitted with plastic over-caps where needed. All product-contact parts are food-grade stainless steel, and the line is designed for easy cleaning and quick changeover between cup sizes. We design it to fit your floor space and the capacity you need, and we install it, commission it and train your team on site.
