About this line
A hot-fill line for juices and still drinks in heat-set PET or glass bottles, at up to 4,000 bottles per hour.
The juice is pasteurised and filled at 85 °C; the bottles are capped and tilted to sterilise the cap, then pass through a cooling tunnel before labelling and packing.
Hot filling keeps juice longer without preservatives. We design the line for your product and floor space, with installation, commissioning and training.

Filling
Automatic volumetric piston filler for still water and juices, for bottles from 200 ml to 2 litres. Each head is set separately from the touch panel, and changing to a new bottle size takes about 15 minutes without tools.

Capping machine
Capping
An automatic screw capper for plastic caps, with magnetic chucks that set the tightening torque for every bottle. Caps feed from a hopper through an automatic sorter, and the machine stops by itself when caps run low or a bottle passes uncapped. Changing cap size means swapping the chucks and guide, in under 20 minutes.

A self-adhesive wrap-around labeller for round bottles and jars, at up to 150 containers a minute. A label sensor places every label in the same spot, and a date and batch coder is built in. Conveyor and label speeds are set together from one screen.

A modular stainless-steel conveyor that carries containers between the machines of a line, with inverter speed control. It is built to any length, with curves to suit your layout, and side guides that adjust for every container size.
