About this line
A weighing and bagging line for chips and extruded snacks in pillow or gusseted bags, at up to 60 bags a minute.
An incline conveyor feeds a multihead weigher that weighs each bag accurately; the vertical form-fill-seal packer then forms, fills and seals the bag with nitrogen flushing, and each bag is date coded.
Product-contact surfaces are stainless steel, and the bag weight is changed from the touch screen. We design the line for your space and handle installation and training.

A vertical form-fill-seal packer that forms the bag from a reel of film, fills it and seals it, with a multihead weigher for snacks, sugar and spices. It makes pillow or gusseted bags, with nitrogen flushing and date coding. Bag length and weight are changed from the screen, without tools.
